We offer the following parking options:
Proof of current income is required. We use advanced software to screen all financial documents for validity. The following may be used for proof of income: two recent, consecutive pay stubs; bank account statements within 30 days; signed offer letter on company letterhead; written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions or tips.
We accept a variety of sources of income. We require that the combined household gross monthly income be equal to or greater than 2.75 times the market rent.
